By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) with BRSM Software (India) Private Limited, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
BRSM Software provides custom software engineering, full-stack web development, mobile application engineering, cloud infrastructure setup, UI/UX prototyping, digital marketing, and IT consulting services as defined in mutually signed Statements of Work.
Projects are typically divided into structured milestone phases (Discovery & Architecture, UI/UX Wireframing, Core Development, QA & User Acceptance Testing, and Production Launch). Clients receive a standard User Acceptance Testing (UAT) review period (typically 7 to 14 business days) upon milestone completion.
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted milestones, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, database architectures, graphics, and documentation created specifically for the client shall become the sole property of the client.
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business information, source code, data records, and financial details as strictly confidential during and indefinitely after the engagement period.
These terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhagalpur / Bihar, India.
